This page lists the third-party service providers we use to operate our services, and what each of them provides on our behalf. It exists because vendor relationships change more frequently than our core privacy policy should: by maintaining this list here, we can add or remove subprocessors without republishing our primary legal documents, while ensuring you always have transparent visibility into who they are.

Each of these companies works with us under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and acts strictly in accordance with our instructions.

Language Models

Certain applications of ours send text to language model providers to generate outputs—such as suggestions, summaries, or translations. Where such text may contain personal data, the service-specific schedule to our Privacy Policy explicitly identifies it. No data from datanius.com itself is sent to any of these providers.

OpenRouter operates as a router: it forwards requests to one of several contracted providers. For any request that could potentially involve personal data, we explicitly fix the specific endpoint provider ourselves rather than letting it be chosen dynamically, ensuring the table above remains exhaustive.

We strictly prohibit all of these providers from using our submitted data to train their models.

Transfers Outside the EEA

Several of these companies process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, cross-border transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, for United States entities, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified under it. Hetzner Online GmbH and netcup GmbH process and store data strictly within European Union data centers. You may contact us for further details.

Changes

We update this page whenever a subprocessor is onboarded or removed. If you wish to be notified in advance of upcoming changes, email us at hello@datanius.com and we will inform you before new processing begins.

Prevailing Language

This page is published in English, Czech, and Slovak. The English version is the original; the Czech and Slovak versions are translations. In the event of any discrepancies or interpretation conflicts, the English version shall prevail.

Keep up with what we build

One short email when we launch something new. A few a year at most, and you can stop at any time.

We keep your address to send that one email. Our privacy policy says how long, and how to be removed.
